HOW TO GET TO LEKE LEKE WATERFALL

Leke Leke Waterfall is located in the Tabanan Regency, approximately a 1-hour drive from Ubud(31km) and Canggu(36km).

From both cities, it is approximately a one hour ride and therefore, it is best to visit 1 or 2 more places combine with Leke Leke. such as Pengempu Waterfall or Pura Ulun Danu Bratan or Nungnung Waterfall as they are the best nearest attractions from Leke Leke.

The best way to get to Leke Leke is probably by renting your own motorbike or hire a driver.

I recommend you rent a scooter, which starts at around 60,000 IDR per day as it’s the cheapest option and by the use of google maps, you can find any place easily.

by Ranting scooter, you will also have the benefit of having the freedom to stay on the road, bypassing the lines of cars, and staying anywhere for as long as you want.

If you are not comfortable with driving a motorbike then rent a driver which is also a great option if you are planning on visiting multiple sights or visiting with friends or family so you can divide the cost!

You can rent a car for around 5,00,000 to 6,00,000 IDR (35$-45$) per day.

While driving here, you will pass through the beautiful rice terraces, local villages, and also Balinese temples which make your drive enjoyable.

The road is in good condition and if you want to avoid the traffic then go early at sunrise.

Take mosquito repellent with you as the jungle is full of mosquitoes.

Please, make sure to not litter in nature, you will find trash bins at the bottom of the waterfall and also at the restaurant.

For the photographer, Leke Leke is a dream goal. The best time for photography is between 10 AM to 1 PM.

There is a large boulder on the base, by standing on the boulder, and with the use of a wide-angle lens, you can capture the whole fall to make Insta perfect pictures.

Don’t forget to take a tripod because, with the use of a tripod, you can take beautiful long exposure pictures of the fall.

Best Time to Visit Leke Leke

The best time to visit any Waterfalls in Bali is from April to June months, shortly after the wet season is over.

The best time for photography is between 10 AM to 1 PM, so a visit around 10 Am to 11 Am is a perfect time.

And if you want the whole waterfall to yourself only, then visit early in the morning at 7 Am.
