Once Customer Service receives your request, a representative will respond with a prepaid shipping label.Print your label, tape it to the outside of your return package, and drop it off at a UPS store at your convenience. The $5 flat rate for the label will be deducted from the refund for the return of your new or used items. Once we receive and inspect your returned item to make sure it hasn't been abused, we'll process your refund and credit your original payment method.

Please include a copy of the packing slip, electronic receipt, or order number with the reason for the return.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
  • Returns that are not processed through our customer service department are not valid for refund.
